2. Order Cancellation by Customers

a. Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to request a cancellation. b. After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item after receiving it, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3. Order Cancellation by 6iHerb

a. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Reasons might include:

  • Stock unavailability.
  • Inaccurate product or pricing information.
  • Payment issues identified by our fraud detection tools. b. In cases where we need to cancel an order, we will notify you and provide a full refund for the order.

4. Cancellation Charges

a. For orders canceled before shipment, there are no cancellation charges. b. For orders canceled after shipment, any return shipping charges or restocking fees (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

5. Refunds for Canceled Orders
